Ice-gel discs - hot/cold packs (7.5cm; pack of 2)

PACK OF 2 - 7.5cm diameter, tough reusable icepacks containing, 20g of cool gel. Used in the Caulicooler these icepacks can stay cool for well over an hour in your training bag and then easily provide the required 15-20 minutes of cooling comfort to the ears. Quick refreeze in an hour and ready to reapply, or grab a few extra to ensure you always have some frozen. 

These can be used as heat-packs with a quick 5-10 seconds microwave but do not overheat as they will melt, rupture and cause burns.
